After years leading teams, managing budgets, and improving operations as a CPA and strategic operator, I’m ready to take control of my professional path. I’ve always been drawn to building: building people, building systems, and building momentum. ETA allows me to do all three while continuing the legacy of a great small business.

My leadership style is transformational, improving processes to make employees’ jobs easier and coaching them to develop sustainable skills. For example, when I onboarded an Accounts Payable team that had been outsourced for twelve years, I turned it into one of the top-performing teams in the organization. Experiences like this reinforce my belief that operational excellence and strong leadership can transform both performance and culture.
